May 16th / Day 8

Well today I was feeling a little sluggish, But I still did my workouts. I was half way done with my 2nd workout when Kyra started to fuss. So I finished up abs and had to feed her, So today was the first time I (Purposefully) skipped one workout.. Yoga Flex
 I did..
 -Cardio-
    &
-Abs-
 Confession.. I did make monster cookies Monday night... (Come on the baccalaureate was on)  But I learned my lesson. I gained a pound from eating about 3 cookies. It grossed me out making them.. seeing all that sugar go into that.
 But guess what.. I already lost that pound!
