Day 21 of 10 Min. Trainer

Well I have been keeping busy ... Very busy :)
 Yesterday was the only day I have taken a break from working out. I'm not to proud to say that. I wanted to go all the way threw without stopping. But for this o'l lady I needed a rest.
 I had my brothers girlfriend stay with me while the boys went camping over the weekend. I ate kinda bad. I had like 3 cookies and cheezits.. From that I gained 2 pounds. Then next day I woke up weighed myself, Got mad, Got Motivated and when for a jog! I am very proud to say I reached my goal at my distance for jogging. I normally can't jog very far at all! But I jogged the loop back to my apartments and didn't stop once.. not even to go up stairs! I came home and did 10 min. Trainer!

May 22nd-24th days 14-16 of 10 Min. Trainer

Well I've been super busy and tired, So I haven't had time to update anything!
  I'm still staying strong with this workout schedule, even though I'm tired and have a ton of other things I could be doing.
 So I gained a pound over Tuesday (Don't know how, I didn't eat bad ) But this morning (Thursday) I weighted myself and I weigh 130 now! 9 more pounds and I will be at my goal weight.. 122! I was so excited when I saw that number!
 The past 3 days I have been using head phones to listen to my music rather then listen to the tv while I workout. It makes all the difference!
 Yesterday I worked out for 30 Min. and then afterward I still had a ton of energy.. I have no idea why. So I did another 30 min. of just jogging in place and dancing. !
 I was so motivated this morning! ... this afternoon was a little different.. but hey.. important thing.. I worked out :) Hehe!
 If I can do this.. anyone can! I can't believe I'm on day 16 and haven't missed a day !

May 21st / Day 13 !!!!!

So today I didn't really feel like working out at all. But I thought well if I don't do it today that's going to lead to me not doing it .. at all. So I at least did abs! Whoo-hoo!

may 20th / Day 12

Well this weekend Ben had the base. Kyra didn't wake up when he left, so I got to go back to bed for about an hour and a half. I got up, fed Kyra, cleaned a little, water the outside plants, picked up the living room, gave Kyra a bath then I worked out!

I am so thankful for my little family! We have come a long way in such a short time! I can't believe we have a baby! It's so crazy! We are still adjusting.. but Adjusting well I'd say! Kyra has been sleeping threw the night for about 3-4 weeks now! How awesome is that! Ben has the night shift with her, He always swaddle wraps her and puts her to bed! I love watching him with her! It's the best thing ever!

 I can't believe this little stinker butt is 3 months old!
  I am so thankful :)

May 17th / Day 9

Today I worked at Michale's, Got how around 7:30am tried to get Kyra to take a little nap.. she kept waking up so I didn't get much sleep. But after lunch I worked out!

May 16th / Day 8

Well today I was feeling a little sluggish, But I still did my workouts. I was half way done with my 2nd workout when Kyra started to fuss. So I finished up abs and had to feed her, So today was the first time I (Purposefully) skipped one workout.. Yoga Flex
 I did..
 Confession.. I did make monster cookies Monday night... (Come on the baccalaureate was on)  But I learned my lesson. I gained a pound from eating about 3 cookies. It grossed me out making them.. seeing all that sugar go into that.
 But guess what.. I already lost that pound!

May 14th Day/ Day 6

Today I was a little sluggish. I kept falling back asleep this morning, I did NOT want to get out of bed.
 But non the less I pressed the play button 3 times today, and I did my best! I did Cardio-Yoga-& Abs-
  I'm really motivated because I'm able to fit into my Pre-Prego clothes, and not looking so bad!
 I'm still loving 10 Min. Trainer!

May 13th -Day 5

So today is day 5 of 10 minute trainer!
 I woke up and fed kyra, Opened my amazing first mothers day gift! And then worked out. Today was Total body, Lower Body, and cardio!!
 I'm keeping it up!! I'm so very excited! I want to be able to look great in my new bikini's I just bought of Ebay for motivation! I will post pic's when I get them.. if I loose a couple more pounds by the time I get them :)
 Hope every one had an amazing mothers day! I know I did !!

May 12th

Today I had to go early to my moms house, so I got up at 6 A.M. and I worked out (Abs,Cardio, and Yoga Flex)
 It felt amazing (As usual) Kyra and Ben were still awake while I jumped around the living room (Trying to be quiet ... we ARE on the second floor.. and it was pretty early. So far, I haven't had any complaints from the downstairs neighbor! Good!
 Anyways.. I'm keeping it up and I'm super motivated. Sorry, No pic today.

Day 2 / 10 Minute Trainer!

Today I feel great! Woke up at 3 a.m. for work. Weight myself.. I LOST 2 Pounds!!! yes!! I only have 10 pounds left to go to get back to my pre-prego weight!
 I was done with today's workouts and I was looking at the schedule and I realized I'm supposed to do 3 workouts.. not 2 :( But from now on it's three or however many it says!
 I really do enjoy this! It's easy and hard at the same time! It's fun!! I totally  recommend this!!

I was so tired today.. I just wanted to go right to bed when I got home from my second job at around 11... But I new it was only 20 minutes so I did it and felt ~A-M-A-Z-I-N-G~

Day 1 / 10 Minute Trainer

                                                I got it !!!

 This morning I was joking around with my husband saying (It's going to come today) And he kept saying  Nu-Uh ! And then a couple hours later he walks in the door with 10 Minute trainer in his hands!!! I was like NO WAY!!!!
 I'm so excited! I'm going to do the first workout today!

Welp, We finally ordered 10 Minute trainer of ebay. I am one very excited lady right now!
 Honestly I haven't done p90x in about 2 weeks :( I just don't have time or energy.. I know I've said it a ton. d.. but I WILL DO 10 Minute trainer! I have absolutely NO excuse!

Hey there, as you can see I haven't posted anything the past couple of days... I've been super busy.
 I haven't worked out in about 3 days :( I feel horrible, but I just don't have time or energy when I do have a little time. Since having Kyra it's go Go GO !
 My husband and I are bidding on 10 Minute Trainer on ebay! I hope we get it, Because I really do want to workout. I want to get in better shape them before I had Kyra.
 I bought a bikini off ebay yesterday.. (Motivation to workout) It's not that I'm over weight..I just really need to tone things up ;)
 The past couple of days I've been exhausted... Haven't been this tired since I was pregnant.

Day 9 of P90X

Plyometrics- (Complete)
 Well I know I should be like 3 days ahead right now, But yesterday was a frustrating day. I was so tired and worn out.
 I decided to not workout on the weekends.. I don't have time. Weekends are the only time we get to spend as a family and get out of the house and do stuff together.
 I really am wanting to look into getting 10 minute trainer! It sounds amazing! And heck.. I have 10 minutes!!
 Today I got home from work at 7 and I was all motivated to work out. Then I fed Kyra and it took like 30 minutes.. She pretty much fell asleep while she was eating, and seeing her so peaceful made me want to join in and fall asleep too. So right there I got super tired and lost all motivation. I was NOT going to workout today I told myself. (I'm to Tired)  Then I got a text from my friend Amber, and she said that she had just finished her second day of Turbo Fire... And I told her that I was not at all motivated. She text me back and she said (Get your booty in motion!! DO IT!!)
 That right there was like a signal to my brain that really made me WANT to workout. It's weird how your mind works. I got all excited!!
 I blared the p90x music in the back round while I was getting my shoes on! I did it!! I still can't do the whole thing... (Not because I physically can't, But because I live on the second floor)
 Any-who, of your feeling like you just can't push play...  Text a friend !

See this.. BRING IT.. look how small that is.. just put in perspective.. this only takes up about an hour of my day... A small portion of my day.. that's all. It's worth all the amazing results you will get! I promise!
 And I still sweat a lot, just doing half a workout!
